Back on Rattatak and later in Hutt space, Vhaeden’s only match in the arenas was his twin, Rhaeka. But while both were of equivalent skill in combat, Vhaeden would often get the best of his sister thanks to his quick wits and cunning turning competition into a bitter rivalry.

It’s those same wits and cunning that saved him from following Rhaeka into a life of slavery when they were captured by the Empire.

Instead of rebelling against his captors, Vhaeden put on an act of submission and cooperation in an attempt to fool the officer in charge into letting him go. Said officer didn’t fall for the act but did notice Vhaeden’s potential and decided to send him to Imperial Intelligence for evaluation and potential recruitment.

Vhaeden’s combat skills, his ability to twist facts and events to his advantage and his willingness to use anything or anyone to reach his goals impressed his trainers earning him a position as a cipher agent.

Profoundly selfish and remorseless, Vhaeden is also often mistaken for being careless but if anything proves he isn’t, it is the fact that he’s staying clear off his sister’s radar now that she has become one of the most powerful player within the Empire.
